We have made drinking water networks intelligent by integrating ELIOT RFID tags into our drinking water pipes. Detectable and communicating RFID tags are integrated every 2 meters into multi-layer HDPE pipes, enabling them to perform 3 functions: location, identification and geo-referencing of networks from the surface in closed trenches.
