Asphadrain

The Asphadrain solution is designed for specific road constructions where the asphalt wearing course covers a concrete structure, such as a bridge deck. During road construction, Asphadrain is positioned in a specially excavated cavity in the concrete roadside, then covered with asphalt to drain water seeping between the asphalt and the concrete or under a porous asphalt mix. Asphadrain's hydraulic and mechanical properties make it ideal for draining water under asphalt and overpasses. In a bridge deck drainage system, Asphadrain collects and evacuates drained water to prevent the appearance of resurgences at the edge of the roadway.
