Sanitary double pipe

A highly flexible, pre-insulated pipe system, with the main supply pipe and the recirculation system in the same outer casing, mainly used to transport domestic hot water, drinking water or other fluids in underground networks.

The sanitary double pipe is used to supply domestic hot water and to create a loop that limits water wastage when the draw-off point is far from the production site.

The heat transfer tube is made of PER-a cross-linked polyethylene, colored white. The thermal insulation consists of several layers of microcellular cross-linked polyethylene foam with a closed honeycomb structure that is totally waterproof. This insulation is characterized by its durability, its constant insulating value over time, and its permanent elasticity, maximizing and maintaining the thickness of the insulation layers, even after repeated bending.

The black, double-walled, corrugated PE-HD jacket is UV-resistant. It protects the pre-insulated pipe system from impact and water ingress, while maintaining maximum flexibility.
