A highly flexible, pre-insulated pipe system combining 2 heating pipes and 2 sanitary pipes in the same outer sheath, mainly used to transport heating water and domestic hot water in underground networks connecting heat production to its points of use.
Heat-transfer tubes are made of PE-Xa cross-linked polyethylene with an orange oxygen barrier for forward heating and a blue oxygen barrier for return heating, while sanitary tubes are colored white. The thermal insulation consists of several layers of microcellular cross-linked polyethylene foam with a closed honeycomb structure that is totally waterproof. This insulation is characterized by its durability, its constant insulation value over time, and its permanent elasticity, maximizing and maintaining the thickness of the insulation layers, even after repeated bending.
The black, double-walled, corrugated HDPE jacket is UV-resistant. It protects the pre-insulated pipe system from impact and water ingress, while maintaining maximum flexibility.
