Green Eco Layer is a draining geocomposite consisting of a symmetrical, impermeable thermoformed HDPE honeycomb geospacer, combined on one side with a non-woven geotextile.
Although it can be used for a variety of applications, Green Eco Layer is designed for landfill cover systems. Its function is to drain rainwater percolating through the cover soil, preventing it from being loaded and keeping it in place despite erosion.
Green Eco Layer is laid with its geotextile at the top, between a waterproofing layer (geomembrane or clay layer) and the topsoil.
Material: HDPE (geospacer) and PP (geotextile)
Thicknesses (geospacer): 8 and 10 mm thick
Standards: NF EN ISO 9863-1
NF EN ISO 25619-2
NF EN ISO 12958
