Application without filler materials

Application

TEC4 RCD AEP pipes are made of black PE100-RCD high-density polyethylene with blue marking stripes, factory-wrapped with a blue geotextile. They are used to build drinking water networks. The geotextile gives the pipe mechanical protection against punching by aggressive (sharp) materials. This means the pipes can be laid without the need for sand encasement, and encourages the reuse of site materials. As an option, a tracer wire can be fitted between the pipe and the geotextile wrapping to facilitate pipe detection and location.

TEC4 RCD AEP pipes and mains are used for underground drinking water supply, distribution and connection networks.
They are suitable for both the creation and renewal of existing networks. TEC4 RCD AEP pipes are perfectly suited to installation with a trencher.
