Application

Vegecor is a drainage geocomposite consisting of a thermoformed, honeycombed and symmetrical high-density polyethylene (HDPE) geospacer, combined or not with a non-woven polypropylene filter geotextile.

It provides filtration, drainage and/or uncoupling, retention and protection for green roofs and terraces. Some Vegecors have a high water retention capacity that can be captured by vegetation.

Assets

  • 20% greater water retention capacity , which improves plant growth, minimizes irrigation volumes, maintenance effort and the amount of rainwater discharged into the sewer system.
  • No risk of clogging thanks to a percolation surface of 100% (approx. 25% for polystyrene sheets) and grooves ensuring high long-term drainage capacity.
  • Isotropic drainage capacity greater than that of 10 cm of aggregate.
  • Secure connection (without accessories) simply by fitting the geospacers together
  • Additional waterproofing protection against damage caused by substrate application.
  • A solution that's easy to install and stable, thanks to its packaging in sheets (220 m2 per pallet) or rolls.
  • A product that is chemically inert to salts, acid bases and petroleum products
