Highly flexible pre-insulated ducting system combining 2 heating pipes and 2 sanitation pipes in a single outer jacket, mainly used for carrying hot water for heating and for sanitation in buried networks to connect the heat production source to the points of use.
The coolant pipes are made of PER-a reticular polyethylene with an orange oxygen barrier on the outgoing leg of the heating circuit and a blue oxygen barrier on the return, while the sanitation pipes are white in colour. The heat insulation comprises several layers of closed cell reticular microcellular polyethylene foam that is completely impermeable to water and is characterised by its durability, constancy of insulation value over time and permanent elasticity. These properties ensure that the thickness of the insulation is maximised and maintained, even after repeated bending.
The black UV-resistant double wall corrugated HDPE outer jacket protects the pre-insulated pipework against impacts and water infiltration whilst maintaining maximum system flexibility.
