Submerged pipe ballast calculation
Calculation method for determining the ballast of an HDPE pipe immersed in water. For seawater outfalls, this calculation note is valid for depths of 15m and above. Below this depth, additional measures must be taken to withstand the effects of waves (e.g. silting).
