Elydan launches "PROLINEAR RCD", the strongest HDPE pipe for drinking water networks on the market
Elydan is launching its new range of PROLINEAR RCD pipes and mains, specially designed for the construction of drinking water supply, distribution and connection networks.
PROLINEAR RCD replaces the current OXYBLEU in PE100-RD and PROLINEAR in PE100-RC in the Elydan drinking water range.
In order to meet the specific constraints of these infrastructures (creation or renewal of networks, and rehabilitation of existing pipes) and to provide the best safety performance for local authorities and network managers, Elydan has chosen PE100-RCD, a latest-generation high-density polyethylene, which combines the advantages of PE100-RD (increased resistance to disinfectants) and PE100-RC (increased resistance to slow cracking):
Made in France and backed by a 50-year guarantee, PROLINEAR RCD pipes are ACS (Attestation de Conformité Sanitaire) certified, and qualify for the NF114 mark, which guarantees that they are made from 100% virgin material, that the quality of manufacture is controlled and that the material can be traced.
