Drainage Protection

Drainage Protection is a drainage geocomposite comprising a symmetrical thermoformed cellular High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) geospacer core coupled with non-woven polypropylene filters that fulfils the following functions:
– it protects the damp course layers and treatments from mechanical damage, which is particularly important during backfilling
– it maintains a thin cushion of air along the buried walls, allowing the water absorbed by the foundations (due to capillary attraction) to evaporate
– it isolates buried walls from the damp ground thanks to its impermeable structure
– it intercepts and evacuates seepage and ground water.
