Foundation protection

Foundation Protection is an HDPE geospacer with a cellular structure and a flat top edge for easier installation. It fulfils the following functions
– it maintains a thin cushion of air along the wall, allowing the water absorbed by the foundations (due to capillary attraction) to evaporate
– it isolates buried walls from the damp ground thanks to its impermeable structure
– it protects the damp course layers and treatments from mechanical damage, which is particularly important during backfilling.
